Hi, I'm Laura — Training Neuroscientist, ICF accredited Coach and here to give you the science to help you succeed in business and life

Meet Laura

Dealing with the emotional rollercoaster of being a mum is exhausting! From the highs to the lows, the mum emotions get to us all.

And although the supermum highs are loved, the lows are not.

I promise myself everyday that I won’t let it happen but too often end up in the utility room snivelling into a chocolate bar (whilst pretending to “put a wash on”).

I dread the day that my kids actually work out what goes on in there 🙂

Just “getting on with it” is not an option when the mum emotions grip you. We can spend hours, days even worrying about things.

Replaying scenes over and over again in our heads and feeling generally rubbish without really understanding or remembering where the feelings originated.

I seem to love nothing more than worrying about not being able to remember what I am worrying about ????‍♀️

So, is there a way to get off the shitty emotional mum rollercoaster?

Below I’m sharing my top 5 tips on how to get off the emotional rollercoaster once and for all.

So how do you deal with the ups and downs of parenthood?

Please leave me a comment below as I love hearing from you! And if you’ve found this at all helpful, please share with your friends

Because sharing’s caring ????

With love ???? and gratitude ????
