BUT YOU WON'T JUST LEARN THE KNOWLEDGE, YOU WILL ALSO BE GIVEN THE PRACTICAL TOOLS TO APPLY TO YOUR LIFE AND YOUR COACHING SESSIONS.
In a world where anybody can call themselves a coach without any understanding of what is actually happening for them and their clients, my goal is to help you gain the knowledge and awareness to understand what is truly going on so that not only do you show up for your client in the best possible state, but also so your clients achieve better results. It's a win win
Neuroscience teaches you what is happening in the brain and nervous system and can explain why people react the way they do, what leads to motivation (or a lack thereof) and why your clients often say they want to do something, but then don't take any action. It also helps us to understand what happens during trauma and with mental health conditions and how to take these into account in your coaching sessions.

do i need a background in science to understand this?
The short answer is no. Whilst I will take you through the science, you do not need any background in it to understand. There is also plenty of practical exercises to put the theory into practice.
What will i COME OUT WITH AT THE END?
The course is currently going forward to the ICF for CCE accreditation. Whilst I can't say it will definitely be awarded it, I can say that if the accreditation is awarded after you graduate, you will still obtain the CCE's retrospectively.

hey laura, i have a question...
my biggest gift is being able to make complex subjects simple and fun. this is what this course is about!
Having coached for 11 years, I was looking for a way to gain more of an understanding as to what was actually going on for my clients.
Why did some take actions and others not? Why did some seem to be able to keep motivated whereas others would get lost on the "next thing"?
And also, what was going on in my body when events and people were triggering me?
Add to this my interest in mental health, it was a no-brainer (pun intended) to look for a neuroscience course. And when I couldn't find one, I decided to do a masters in it at Kings College London so that I could create my own diploma. This is that diploma!
